Originally trained as a product and industrial designer, Cris Beswick spent more than a decade as a successful entrepreneur and CEO, forming an award-winning design group. Today he is globally recognised as a thought leader on innovation strategy, leadership and culture.

He specialises in working with CEOs and senior teams in order to build better innovation-led organisations by focusing on future-shaping innovation strategies, developing world-class forward-thinking leadership and embedding innovation capability into the core of organisational culture.


He regularly speaks and presents globally at high-profile innovation conferences as well as internal company events. He often focuses on what he likes to call a ‘keynote conversation’ rather than the traditional presentation or lecture. His ideas are provocative yet pragmatic at the same time, striving for thought-leadership that is actionable.


As well as having written numerous white papers, blogs and articles for various newspapers such as The Times, Financial Times, Sunday Telegraph et al, he is also the author of ‘The Road to Innovation’ and ‘Building a Culture of Innovation’, voted one of the top five books on innovation for 2017 by the CMI.


He is also the co-founder of thought leadership platform The Future Shapers, and a visiting professor/external faculty at several global business schools as, such as Cranfield School ofManagement and the Centre for Customised Executive Development, and ICESI University in Columbia.
